Users should review cancellation terms before completing reservations.

The AI Concierge is provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. Users should independently verify important booking and travel details.

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Disrupt platform operations
• Misuse communication or messaging features

All content, branding, logos, software, designs, and platform materials are the property of JBT Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBT Hospitality shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Property disputes between hosts and guests
• User-generated content
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or threaten platform integrity and security.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
